Services Available

I offer the following services using Microsoft Office 2007:

  • Word Processing of letters, reports, faxes, meeting notes, agendas, minutes, proposals, manuscripts, dissertations, CV's, etc;
  • Powerpoint presentations;
  • Excel spreadsheets;
  • Invoicing (Outgoing) - Creating, sending, recording;
  • Invoicing (Incoming) - Recording;
  • Expenses including organising and collating receipts;
  • Diary Management including arranging new appointments & confirming/rearranging exisiting appointments;
  • Set-up and maintain contacts;
  • Mailshots;
  • Internet research;
  • Arranging meetings including booking rooms;
  • Travel bookings including car hire, taxi/chauffeur and hotel bookings; and
  • Subject to details, I am also willing to attend meetings to take minutes.
  • I can receive and return work via email, fax, telephone or by post.
  • If a client is based within a 10 mile radius of my office, I will provide a collection and delivery service.
